All welcome Michael Chaskalson is a member of the core team at Bangor University’s Centre for Mindfulness Research, where he teaches on the Masters programme. He has run mindfulness courses for NHS clinicians, senior civil servants, business schools and major corporations. He runs courses for the general public in London. Michael’s latest book ‘The Mindful Workplace’ was published by Wiley-Blackwell in August 2011. This talk is part of the Well-being Institute Seminars series.
