Join this talk and introduction to Raja Yoga, exploring ancient wisdom for inner freedom and a heightened awareness. Experience transformative shifts, break free from suffering, and find resilience through meditation and self-reflection. Dr. Prashant Kakoday, based in Cambridge, has a background in E.N.T. surgery and integrated health. With over 40 years of experience in practising Raja Yoga meditation, he has developed a keen interest in exploring the relationship between the psyche, emotions, behaviour, and health. Dr. Kakoday has shared his insights on these topics in various countries and institutions, including the World Health Organization and the Medical Teaching Program in the U.S.A. The talk will take place at the Sage café, which is located to the left of the main entrance to the hotel. It will begin at 7pm; please arrive earlier to allow for a prompt start. You are welcome to purchase a drink from our bar prior to the talk, and we will also be serving soft drinks at the Sage.
