If you have a question about this talk, please contact Charlene Tang. CHANGE OF SPEAKER Dr Patrycja Kozik is a Group Leader at the Laboratory of Molecular Biology. Her research centres on dendritic cells and their roles in the initiation of immune responses against pathogens and tumours. Using proteomics, transcriptomics, and CRISPR -Cas9 based genetic screens, her lab aims to understand the molecular mechanisms underpinning the ‘danger signals’ that first inform dendritic cells of the presence of viral infection or of a tumour, and then coordinate the responses of the dendritic cells to the threat.
