What were the challenges that they faced and how do you avoid falling out? This is about valuing different roles, being transparent and agreeing things up front. However, every scenario is different and how do you gauge what is fair against the interests of the company? About Enterprise Tuesday: Enterprise Tuesday is free to attend and open to all. The 2017-2018 series runs across three terms and takes place at Cambridge Judge Business School (not the Dept of Engineering). Please check the website for details and updates to the timetable.
