These are just some of the questions that will be addressed by leading experts from a range of disciplines at June’s Horizon Seminar to be held at the Centre for Mathematical Sciences, Cambridge. This Seminar will focus on four key areas of food related research: health; nutrition; food technology; and the environmental and social aspects of food. This list is ex-directory.
