Abstract
Rabbi Baroness Neuberger DBE , Senior Rabbi West London Synagogue was educated at Newnham College, Cambridge, and Leo Baeck College, London. She has held a number of distinguished posts including CEO of the Kingβs Fund, a UK health charity, the Bloomberg Professor of Divinity at Harvard University and Chair of the review of the Liverpool Care Pathway for Dying Patients. Rabbi Julia is a cross bench member of the House of Lords, and a social commentator, writing and broadcasting on a variety of social and religious issues.
The Cambridge Centre for Health Services Research aims to inform policy through evidence-based research on health services in the UK and internationally. It is a collaboration between the Health Services Research Group at the Institute of Public Health, University of Cambridge, and the Health and Healthcare Programme at RAND Europe.
