 London. She has held a number of distinguished posts including CEO of the 
 King’s Fund\, a UK health charity\, the Bloomberg Professor of Divinity 
 at Harvard University and Chair of the review of the Liverpool Care Pathwa
 y for Dying Patients. Rabbi Julia is a cross bench member of the House of 
 Lords\, and a social commentator\, writing and broadcasting on a variety o
 f social and religious issues.\n\nThe Cambridge Centre for Health Services
  Research aims to inform policy through evidence-based research on health 
 services in the UK and internationally. It is a collaboration between the 
 Health Services Research Group at the Institute of Public Health\, Univers
 ity of Cambridge\, and the Health and Healthcare Programme at RAND Europe.
