CARW03 - Interdisciplinary applications of cluster algebras Given a Jacobian algebra arising from the punctured disk, we stablish a correspondeence between non-split extensions and taged arc smothings. This corresponds to what we call a punctured skein relation. Our geometric interpretation can be used to find non-split extensions over other Jacobian algebras arising form surfaces with punctures.
