DESCRIPTION:Given a Jacobian algebra arising from the punctured disk\, we 
 stablish a correspondeence between non-split extensions and taged arc smot
 hings. This corresponds to what we call a punctured skein relation. Our ge
 ometric interpretation can be used to find non-split extensions over other
  Jacobian algebras arising form surfaces with punctures.\nJoint work with
