This talk will cover the basics of normal heart function as well as the pathology of common (and not so common) heart conditions, and how to manage these as a First Aider. When on duty, it is not rare to come across more advanced diagnostic and therapeutic techniques, such as the ECG , cardiovascular drugs, and surgical procedures; as such, these will also be covered.
