If you have a question about this talk, please contact Inner Space. An afternoon talk discussing how to take advantage of the New Year, the time of newness and fresh possibilities. What is the best way to go about changing or modifying our old ways of doing things? Where should I start? How do we make our ‘newness’ stick? Answering these questions is our speaker Jasmine Carter. Jasmine worked as an air hostess before embarking on a spiritual path of contemplation and meditation to understand the mysteries of the mind first hand. She puts kindness and open heartedness at the forefront of her practice. For the past 13 years she has been based at the Brahma Kumaris Retreat Centre in Worthing.
