If you have a question about this talk, please contact Romy Schirrmeister.

This CGHR forum is an opportunity to discuss different experiences of working and studying within academic power structures. Actions and behaviours of those in positions of relative power, whether intentional or not, can range from seemingly minor incidents to assault and harassment. Often, we feel powerless to act because of a lack of support, feelings of guilt, potential adverse career consequences or social isolation. Our aim is that together, we find practical ways to address the endemic harms caused by abuse and misuse of power in academic relationships.

Everyone in all disciplines, from students to Professors, is welcome.
