If you have a question about this talk, please contact Inner Space. To have a balance in our mind and body it is necessary to have both health and wealth. It is said that 85% of our bodies’ illnesses comes from the mind. By practising meditation we can learn to be free from negative and cyclical thinking. Then we can work to make both the mind and the body strong and balanced. Speaker: Deying Chen Chen is based in Beijing, China and is the National Coordinator of the Yoga and Meditation activities there. She has been a student of Brahma Kumaris for 26 years. Chen is a speaker at many international yoga events and pioneers yoga and meditation activities in China. She has a well balanced spiritual and worldly life, and has recently held the position of Chief Representative and General Manager in China for the US company Perry Ellis International.
