What recent progress has been made in understanding and attributing climate change? What do observations of the atmosphere, oceans, sea level, snow, and ice tell us? What are the projections of future changes? The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) is the world’s leading authority on climate change. Its recently-published assessment report provides the latest answers to the above questions and more. In this evening lecture, Jonathan Gregory, one of the lead authors of the report, will explain and interpret the key findings and their implications.
