The Art of Retirement is not just for 60 somethings. Throughout life we all go through phases of closing one chapter of life and opening a new one. If we are attached to the old when it is time to move on, we may miss out on the present and forget that each chapter has own uniqueness and beauty. This discussion will help with bidding farewell to the old and welcoming and celebrating the new and putting right the present so that we can embrace the future. Dr Prashant Kakoday will be exploring this subject and facilitating this session in the Art of Living Series. Prashant is based in Cambridge and has a background in surgery and integrated health. His main interest is in the relationship between the psyche, emotions, behaviour and health. He has spoken on these subjects in many countries and institutions, including the W.H.O. and the Medical Teaching Program within the U.S.A.
