The aim of this series of workshops is to explore different areas of the art of living. Our guest speakers will suggest practical ways of using your creativity to experience fulfilment and contentment in your life. All welcome, free of charge. Ioana Goga will be facilitating this workshop in the Art of Living Series. Ioana, originally from Romania, traveled and worked across Europe since 2000. She has diplomas in Computer Science and Psychology and worked for large companies as well as being involved in research projects in Artificial Intelligence and Psychology. In Romania she has been instrumental in setting up a self-development programme for children and teenagers since 2008. Currently living and working in UK as a Software Engineer. She has been studying Raja Yoga with Brahma Kumaris since 2009. This talk is part of the Inner Space, The Meditation Centre series. This talk is included in these lists:
