As the UK embarks with its a new build programme, there is a real need for change to deliver these projects. GE chairman and CEO , Jeff Immelt recently said that “the real opportunity for change… surpassing the magnitude of the consumer internet is the Industrial Internet … an open, global network that connects people, data, and machines”. GE Hitachi is bringing this innovative digital approach to improve performance management of nuclear new build projects from design to decommissioning.
