“I don’t buy the idea that you can be nice or competent but not both – not in the slightest.”

Barbara Stocking lead Oxfam for nearly 12 years as the first woman in that role. Under her leadership, Oxfam focused on HIV /AIDS and addressed crises in Afghanistan, Iraq and Sudan as well as several natural catastrophes. In 2013, she left Oxfam to become the fifth president of Murray Edwards College Cambridge.

Come to hear about her experiences within Oxfam and beyond, and her thoughts on women in leadership.
