If you have a question about this talk, please contact Waseem Yaqoob. An open meeting to discuss the potential impact of Brexit on teaching, research, recruitment in the modern languages. Sally Hunt (General Secretary of UCU ) will discuss the implications of Brexit on research. Silke Mentchen (Senior Language Teaching Officer, MML ) will look at the potential impact on outreach, recruitment and teaching. Each of our speakers will present for 15m with ample time for questions, discussion and planning a response to the rapidly-changing situation environment for the modern languages here in Cambridge and in HE at large.
