FESTIVAL of WELLBEING

In this 40 minute taster session attendees will learn:

• How attention is linked to willpower from a neuroscience perspective

• The difference between focus and flow

• One attention training technique to recharge and de-stress

• One technique to help break negative thought loops

The overall aim of this session is for participants to experience some of the methods that enhance focus, reduce stress, enable you use time more wisely and be more productive.

The session will be delivered by Sam Thorogood. He combines proven neuroscience & mindfulness based techniques into useful daily habits.
