This talk has been canceled/deleted The University of Valenciennes (UVHC) has been involved in the development of the concept of Intelligent Product for years. This presentation aims first at pointing out the specific theoretical foundations of this concept from our point of view as well as our methodological way to validate our contributions using our manufacturing cell. Then, some illustrative examples from past and on-going projects in the service industry (transportation, energy, logistics) are provided.
