What is Female Genital Mutilation? Why does it happen? What can we do?

Medsin Cambridge are pleased to invite Yvonne Obura to speak about FGM , a harmful practice involving full or partial removal of a girl’s external genitals. It serves no medical purpose and has many harmful consequences.

Should be an extremely interesting and informative talk about what is a very serious issue that needs more awareness.

Hope to see you there!
