‘EU budget financing: good investment or too little to make a difference?’

Lunchtime seminar, by James Spence Réchard (Lecturer at Sciences Po, Paris, and consultant on EU budget and public finance).

James Spence Réchard has been Consultant on EU budget and public finance since 2009, where he provides advice on budget matters in Bulgaria, Ukraine, in Kosovo, Kenya, and in Ghana.

At the same time, he has been, since October 2005, Lecturer at Sciences Po, Paris, giving a course on financing the European Union, including managing a simulation of the budget procedure and a budget discharge exercise.
