The sixth of nine lectures intended for graduate students, post-doc research assistants and anyone who wants to find out more about employability with, and the business functions of, technology based companies.
This session will look at the path from bursts of entrepreneurial activity to steady state business development. The role of strategic and operational planning within a company and the ongoing internal knowledge requirements for effective market positioning.
All sessions are followed by a drinks reception.
