Hosted by Cambridge University Students Union Women's Union Celebrate International Women’s Day (a few days early) by watching this newly released documentary about four teenage girls in Iran on the fringes of society. “Forget about the Iran that you’ve seen before. With a virtually invisible camera, the girls of The Glass House take us on a never-before-seen tour of the underclass of Iran with their brave and defiant stories.” The film will be preceded by a short talk by Ziba Mir-Hosseini, a leading scholar of Islamic Feminism FREE Entry (Donations will go to the Omid Foundation), Snacks and Drinks provided.
