Join us as we delve into the societal factors contributing to an unhealthy lifestyle, from the pervasive influence of the food industry to the sedentary habits of modern life – termed obesogenic. While many strive for health through diet and exercise, achieving these goals doesn’t always equate to happiness. We’ll explore the intricate relationship between health and happiness: does one lead to the other, or is it vice versa? Discover actionable insights to navigate these complexities and foster a balanced, fulfilling life.

In the second part of our discussion, we will delve into the crucial roles of mental and spiritual health. By cultivating inner happiness and emotional fulfilment, we empower ourselves to resist external temptations, including addictive foods. We will be exploring ways to nurture a holistic approach to well-being, as we strive to unlock the keys to a balanced and resilient life.

Refreshments from 6.10pm with the talk starting at 6.30pm. All welcome, free of charge. Email us at: cambridge@innerspace.org for more information.
