If you have a question about this talk, please contact Emilie Canova. How does cooperation around meta-ecosystems shape regional and global ordering? What happens when this order is disrupted? In this seminar, Dr. Elana Wilson Rowe will present findings of the ERC -funded ‘The Lorax project: Understanding Ecosystemic Politics’, which has explored how states and other actors are shaping global order by ‘speaking for’ border-crossing ecosystems on a global stage. We then turn to the question of disruption and discuss how Arctic regional cooperation has been impacted by Russia’s war against Ukraine. The seminar sets aside ample time for discussion and Elana is also happy to answer questions about her experiences in applying for and managing an ERC starting grant. This talk is part of the Scott Polar Research Institute - Polar Humanities and Social Sciences ECR Workshop series. This talk is included in these lists:
