Is ‘hangry’ – that potent blend of hunger, tiredness, and anger – a result of neglecting our mind and body, or does operating on tired energy influence less-than-optimal food choices? In a world flooded with information overload and contradictions, deciphering nutritional advice can be perplexing. This talk aims to shed light on the profound connection between our eating choices and emotions. All welcome, no need to book. Speaker Dr. Namrata Nunkoo, MBBS MRCP MRCGP , Dip Derm, has been a dedicated General Practitioner in Cambridgeshire since 2017. She completed her Medical degree at Durham University and Newcastle University in 2010. Currently pursuing a Naturopathic Nutrition diploma, Dr. Nunkoo blends her medical expertise with a lifelong practice of meditation. Her holistic approach empowers individuals in their health journey, harmonising traditional medicine with holistic well-being practices.
