An inner smile promotes harmony within the body and creates health in body and mind. Through the methodology of science and spiritual practices, this talk will explore the roots of a happy and meaningful life and how this can be practically applied. Free of charge all welcome, no need to book. With Panellists: Neville Hodgkinson is an author and journalist who specialised for much of his career in writing about health, medicine and science. He returned to medical journalism in recent years and looks critically at what happens when medical science goes off track. Neville has been a student of Raja Yoga for more than 40 years. Dr Prashant Kakoday is based in Cambridge and has a background in E.N.T. surgery and integrated health. His main interest is in the relationship between the psyche, emotions, behaviour and health. Prashant has spoken on these subjects in many countries and institutions, including the W.H.O. and the Medical Teaching Program within the U.S.A.
