If you have a question about this talk, please contact Fulvio Forni. This talk has been canceled/deleted Motivated by neuromorphic computing applications, in this talk we will study the behavior of nonlinear electrical circuits including memristors. Memristors, originally introduced by L.O. Chua in 1971 are resistors with a memory storage. They can be characterized as a relation between electric charge and magnetic flux. In this talk, we will develop a mathematical framework that can be used to show that the port behavior of a circuit of memristors can be described by a single memristor, and, that moreover, it can be used to show synchronisation in circuits comprising memristors and grounded capacitor. The seminar will be held in LR5 (Baker building), Department of Engineering, and online (zoom): https://newnham.zoom.us/j/92544958528?pwd=YS9PcGRnbXBOcStBdStNb3E0SHN1UT09 This talk is part of the CUED Control Group Seminars series.
