If you have a question about this talk, please contact Inner Space. Spirituality in Daily Life is a weekly drop-in meditation and discussion session held on Thursday mornings at Inner Space. Join like-minded individuals in exploring practical subjects from a fresh and spiritual perspective in a friendly and tranquil atmosphere. The session runs from 12 noon to 12:30 pm, and is followed by a lunchtime meditation from 12:30 pm to 1 pm. Everyone is welcome to attend, and there is no need to book in advance.
