Nido Qubein said; ‘Your present circumstances don’t determine where you can go; they merely determine where you start.’ By shifting the focus from the outer world to the inner world, you can unlock your inherent sense of peace, joy, and belonging within your spirit. During this discussion, we will explore how to overcome the lower consciousness that is programmed on survival mode and gravitates towards the negative. We will also discuss if we need insecurity to be motivated, and explore the true capacity of the human spirit. Join us on this inspiring journey towards mental well-being, and discover your true potential to thrive in all areas of your life.
