Abstract: What constitute the Buddhist path towards Happiness, Serenity and Emancipation: A brief outline on what they are how to cultivate them and their interdependence.

The speaker is Venerable Kovido Bhikkhu. He is a very experienced meditator in the Thai Forest Tradition and an excellent teacher. He was born in Malaysia and lived in the UK before ordaining as a Theravadin Buddhist monk. He then lived in Thailand learning about various forest traditions, and he is now setting up a monastery in Malaysia.

This event is free and open to all. There will be free snacks and soft drinks after the event.
