This discussion aims to review how addressing ego in psychology can throw a new light on the understanding of common psychological difficulties and help us create more conscious relationships. In discussion with Konstantina Sokolaki, Chartered Counselling Psychologist originally from Greece has been a student of Raja Yoga Meditation Philosophy for 2 years with Brahma Kumaris and is based in Bristol, UK.
