Britten Sinfonia and David Crystal, on Anniversaries – Thursday, 11 June 2009, from 6pm

University staff have been invited to a special performance by Britten Sinfonia and a lecture by world-renowned linguist and author David Crystal on the theme of “Anniversaries”. The event is part of a season that commemorates Cambridge University Press’s 425th anniversary, as it was in 1584 that the first book was printed in Cambridge by a practising University Printer.

For your free ticket, call Wendy von Niebel on 01638 661820 or email, but the tickets will be issued on a first come, first served basis – so hurry, as there’s only a limited number of spaces left!
