If you have a question about this talk, please contact Adam Priestley. 2022 marks the 50th anniversary of the adoption of a ten-year moratorium on commercial whaling by the 1972 United Nations Conference on the Human Environment. To commemorate this, artist Caroline Hack has made a decorated tarpaulin cover, which is on temporary display outside the Polar Museum. Come along for this free, drop-in event to find out more about the artist and her work.
