The Cambridge Tax Discussion Group is delighted to welcome back Professor Henry Ordower for the Group’s first online meeting of 2022. A distinguished commentator on (amongst other topics) issues of fairness in taxation, Professor Ordower will be explaining why the collection of and distribution of tax revenues from emerging recent global initiatives concerning multi-national enterprises should be treated as two separate issues. An international tax agency is posited as an Utopian ideal that becomes viable if the myth of tax sovereignty is abandoned.
