Tyler Shores, University of Cambridge ThinkLab Manager and former Google employee, talks with Thomas Roulet, University Senior Lecturer in Organisation Theory, and Chris Flack, UnPlug Co-Founder, about digital wellbeing in a series of three informal sessions.
