Topics include the role of undetected infections in China, effects of non-pharmaceutical interventions in the US and contact tracing in New York City. Bio: Dr. Sen Pei is an Associate Research Scientist in Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University. He studies transmission dynamics of infectious disease, with a particular focus on mathematical modeling, statistical inference and real-time forecast of influenza, COVID -19 and antimicrobial-resistant pathogens.
