Stanley Bill is Senior Lecturer in Polish Studies at the University of Cambridge and founding editor of the Notes from Poland news and analysis website.

Márta Pardavi is co-chair of the Hungarian Helsinki Committee, a leading human rights NGO in Budapest, and currently a Policy Leader Fellow at the European University Institute School of Transnational Governance.
