This is a panel discussion about the sustainability and responsible production of one of our best-loved foods – chocolate. Hear speakers from a range of disciplines including development studies, plant science, and nutrition. And join in with the debate, which ends with the opportunity for a chocolate tasting and glass of prosecco. This event is part of the Fitzwilliam Museum LATE : Perceptions of Vision and Taste programme. gloknos is initially funded for 5 years by the European Research Council through a Consolidator Grant awarded to Dr Inanna Hamati-Ataya for her project ARTEFACT (2017-2022) ERC grant no. 724451.
