In the first part of my talk I will briefly present and discuss the key findings of a study we recently completed that identified pathological mitochondrial retrograde signaling as a disease modifier in patients with primary antibody deficiency.

I will then change gear and present unpublished work-in-progress on iron homeostasis in NK cells.
