His new book, ‘Canguilhem’ (2019), is published by Polity, as part of their ‘Key Contemporary Thinkers’ series. Stuart Elden is Professor of Political Theory and Geography at the University of Warwick, and Monash Warwick Professor in the Faculty of Arts, Monash University. His research is at the intersection of politics, philosophy and geography, and in the last two years has published work on Shakespeare, Georges Canguilhem, and Michel Foucault. This event will include a discussion, led by Simon Reid-Henry (Queen Mary, University of London), followed by refreshments from 5:00pm until 6:00pm. If you are interested in this event, please email the organisers to reserve a space. gloknos is initially funded for 5 years by the European Research Council through a Consolidator Grant awarded to Dr Inanna Hamati-Ataya for her project ARTEFACT (2017-2022).
