This lunchtime lecture will focus on the nature and dynamics of bullying and cyberbullying, together with factors that protect children from bullying and cyberbullying, and effective interventions. The newest research on the topic will be synthesised, reviewing recent meta-analyses and research syntheses, together with empirical findings, to provide a global vision on what is being done and what can be done to protect children from bullying and cyberbullying. Thus, this lecture aims to present a comprehensive overview on protecting children and adolescents from bullying and cyberbullying.
