Join us at Enterprise Tuesday on 5 February with guest panellist Adam Balon, Co-Founder of Innocent Drinks and JamJar Investments and Chair, Michael Hayman, Cambridge Judge Entrepreneurship Fellow, and Co-Founder of Seven Hills and of Startup Britain.

The most frequently cited reason for the success or failure of a venture is whether or not the team (as defined by its composition, experience, expertise, chemistry, soft skills, shared purpose and values) is effectively formed and developed.

This practitioner-led talk is an opportunity to understand more about the formation, shared vision and development of good entrepreneurial teams and how they build businesses. It will explain the need for the founder(s) role(s) to evolve and how entrepreneurs can influence the investor.

About Enterprise Tuesday:

Enterprise Tuesday is free to attend and open to all. The 2018-2019 series runs across three terms and takes place at Cambridge Judge Business School (not the Dept of Engineering). Please check the website for details and updates to the timetable.

We encourage those exploring entrepreneurship to attend to interact with experienced entrepreneurs and industry experts, to be inspired by the entrepreneurship stories; and to meet potential startup team members. Members of the business community can update their knowledge of different industry sectors and meet the next generation of talent.

We recommend you arrive promptly for registration starting at 18:00 as seating is limited in the lecture theatre. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We will book an over-spill room for late-comers.
