Our guest speaker is Prof. Carole Leathwood (London Met), is an expert on inequalities relating to gender, social class and race in HE. In the forum we will discuss how and why casualised contracts are used by universities, how they affect women, and what we can do to tackle the specific challenges faced by women on casual contracts.
