Prof. Jennifer Gabrys is a new Chair in Media, Culture and Environment in the Department of Sociology at Cambridge, where she will lead new research and teaching initiatives in digital social research, media studies, social theory, environmental participation, science and technology studies and citizen data. Her research investigates environments, digital technologies and citizen participation through theoretical and practice-based work.
