The speaker is Venerable Weligepola Seelawansa Thero, who is visiting from Sri Lanka. He is a very good teacher and also a lecturer in the Pali and Buddhist University of Sri Lanka. The topic of the session is “Middle Way – The Buddhist path towards Awakening”. In addition to the talk, the session will also include a guided meditation and an opportunity to ask any questions regarding Buddhism, meditation or the life in general.
