World famous statistician Prof. Kanti Mardia is coming to Cambridge!

Prof. Mardia is a statistician specializing in directional statistics, multivariate analysis, geostatistics, statistical bioinformatics and statistical shape analysis. He is known for his series of tests of multivariate normality based measures of multivariate skewness and kurtosis as well as work on the statistical measures of shape.

He will be talking about ‘India’s Journey in Statistics & Science’, with a perspective on his field of specialization. It promises to be an amazing opportunity to meet the renowned Indian mathematician.
