This will open up a discussion, led by the University Race Equality Champions Dr Mónica Moreno Figueroa and Dr Kamal Munir, on why racial diversity at the top still remains a challenge. We will also discuss if the University needs a network to advance race equality, reflecting the voices of staff of diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds, nationalities, religions, heritages and cultures.
